At InClime, we believe the foundation of effective clean energy program management is trust. Our clients, including state governments, regulators, utilities, as well as the participants in the public programs we administer, rely on us to manage sensitive program data, financial transactions, and compliance reporting with the highest levels of integrity and security.
That’s why we are proud to announce that InClime has successfully achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, passing our very first audit.
What is SOC?
SOC (System and Organization Controls) is an independent auditing framework developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It assesses how organizations manage customer data across five trust service criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
For our clients, SOC 2 Type II certification demonstrates that InClime’s systems and processes have been independently validated as secure, reliable, and resilient.
Why it Matters for Our Clients
- Government Programs: Protecting participant data, ensuring compliance with strict procurement rules, and providing confidence in a secure, compliant package.
- Utilities: Confidence that renewable energy, energy efficiency, and income verification program data are processed with the highest operational standards.
- Participants and Project Developers: Peace of mind knowing that information, payments, and compliance filings are handled securely and accurately.
